Introduction to the Reformer Bed. This is not a full reformer Pilates class. This is an introduction on how to use the Stadium Reformers. All members must attend one of these classes prior to their first session. You must hold a Virtual Pilates membership and have a class booking for the class directly after this introduction to attend this class.
